Webtezza (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, contacts us, or engages our services. 1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all payments made to Webtezza through our website or payment gateway (PayHere), including but not limited to project deposits, milestone invoices, one-time service fees, subscription or maintenance fees, and purchases of any Webtezza product (such as our POS system).
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If you have made a payment (such as a deposit or advance invoice) and we have not yet started any work, design, development, or planning activity on your project, you may request a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after payment if you wish to cancel before work begins.
3. Refunds After Work Has Started
Once our team has begun work on your project — including discovery calls, requirement documentation, design, development, configuration, or any other billable activity — payments become tied to the effort and resources already committed. In such cases:
- We will only refund the unused portion of your payment, calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation
- Any costs already incurred on your behalf (third-party licenses, hosting, domain registrations, plugins, API credits, or similar pass-through costs) are non-refundable.
- There is no fixed refund request window. Each cancellation request is reviewed individually based on project status, and we will communicate clearly what has been completed, what remains unused, and the resulting refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Completed milestones, deliverables, or phases that have been approved or delivered.
- Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, licenses, app store fees, SaaS subscriptions purchased for your project).
- Custom work specifically built to your requirements once delivered and accepted.
- Subscription fees for periods already used.
5. Subscription and Recurring Services
If you are on a recurring billing plan (such as ongoing maintenance, hosting, or a SaaS-style product), you may cancel future billing at any time. Refunds are not issued for the current billing period already in use, but no further charges will apply after cancellation is confirmed.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original method of payment through our payment gateway partner, PayHere. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside our direct control.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us directly so we can review the matter together before escalating to a payment dispute or chargeback. We aim to resolve all refund concerns fairly and transparently.
